Acadiana’s Choice celebrates the businesses, people, and organizations that help make this region one of Louisiana’s most distinctive places to live, work, and visit. Acadiana’s identity is rooted in its French, Cajun, and Creole heritage, but it is also shaped every day by the restaurants, shops, professionals, and local organizations that keep its communities vibrant and connected.

From unforgettable food and live music to warm hospitality and deeply rooted traditions, Acadiana has a character all its own. Acadiana’s Choice gives residents the opportunity to recognize the local favorites that have earned their trust, loyalty, and support.

This year’s contest generated over 371,000 votes, an impressive 50 percent increase year over year. More than 7,800 businesses, organizations, and individuals competed across 11 main categories: Eat & Drink, Education, Finance, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Law, Motors, Real Estate, Services, Shopping, and Things to Do.
